Leon Cases is the consulting Architect/Certified General Contractor for Lower East Side Management, LLC. Leon Cases, AIA brings over thirty years of experience in architecture, interiors, construction, and related fields managing complex, multidisciplinary projects, involving all phases of work. Project types have included aviation and transportation facilities. Commercial projects have included retail, office, industrial and warehouse projects. Residential projects have included single-family residences, townhomes, and low-rise multi-unit buildings.
He has served on the Board of several non-profit organizations and has volunteered on numerous community programs over the years. More recently, he has served as Secretary, Treasurer, Board of Directors, and as a Committee Chairman with the Fort Lauderdale Chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). Currently, he is representing the chapter as a State Director and President of his chapter.
Leon received a Bachelor of Architecture from Florida Atlantic University and a B.S. in Architecture, from The City College of New York. In addition to being a licensed Architect, he is a Certified General Contractor and a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Florida.
