Michael Cases is the Managing Principal and Broker of LES Management, a real estate brokerage and property management firm. He is responsible for acquisitions, investments, repositioning, and the financial management of developing projects. With an extensive presence in the real estate industry, Michael has spent his career assisting in the management of his family brokerage, earned the opportunity to intern with Fortune Development, began his own real estate business, and quickly used his passion to establish and grow two Brokerages and an Asset Management Company, Lower East Side Management, LLC and Cases Realty Group, Inc.

Michael's passion and dedication to the real estate market allowed him to extend into acquisitions and redevelopment of commercial properties in both Florida and New York markets where his focus is on being the liaison between his clients and the banks to provide proper financials for each loan, refinance and transaction. As of 2021, Michael has closed over $300M in real estate transactions and is currently the Managing Director of three Florida Real Estate Companies that specialize in commercial real estate, asset management, and commercial real estate consulting.

Michael obtained a Bachelor's degree with a major in psychology and a minor in construction management from Florida International University. In his free time, Michael enjoys gardening, spending time with his family and fishing.
