Mika Kobayashi
Licensed Broker Associate & Property Manager
Brief info
Mika Kobayashi joined the Cases Family in 2020. Informative, reliable, and helpful, Mika puts in extra effort to make her clients happy. She listens carefully to their needs and educates them thoroughly on the real estate process, to paint a clear picture of the steps and financial commitment involved.
Mainly focused on the Miami Beach area, Mika dreamed of moving to the USA since she was a child. She was fascinated by the great American fine artists, and her first desire was to become a painter living in the United States. Mika earned a BFA degree from the University of Florida and worked as a graphic artist, but found a rewarding career in real estate in 2009, tapping into her passion for architecture and home design.
After doing residential sales and leasing in Miami/South Beach and New Jersey (where she is a Broker-Associate and Broker-Salesperson respectively), Mika found her way to Florida, never looking back. She also holds Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), REO, and BPOR designations, affording her diverse knowledge of the brokerage industry. Nothing brings her more pleasure than helping her real estate clients achieve their goals.
Born and raised in Japan, Mika speaks English and Japanese fluently. Her strong visual arts skills and eye for aesthetics are reflected in her appreciation of the arts.
"Miami Art Scenes are always surprising and inspiring. Art Basel, an international art trading show, brought the tremendous influence of the Wynwood Art District in recent years. Miami Real Estate, New Constructions have been developing very fast, due to the diversity of the cultures and the Art movements. Miami becomes one of the top cities to live in the world."
